Epoch di Fantasia
a 2026 of innovation and collectibility
In 2026, Epoch di Fantasia accelerates its growth strategy with a plan full of new launches and range extensions, designed to target both the kids segment and the increasingly important kidult audience. The world of Sylvanian Families remains at the forefront, continuing to expand in the traditional channel with new families—from Citrus Birds to Biscuit Bears—and with increasingly collectible offerings.
2026 is an important year for Epoch because, alongside our investments in kids, we will add significant investments in the kidult target and enter new segments such as Cards, Puzzles, and Anime, says Matteo Dalla Villa, Country Manager of Epoch di Fantasia. We aim to offer a portfolio capable of capturing cross-generational passions and generating value for retail.
Among the main new developments is the new Fairy World, an enchanted universe that represents the perfect meeting point between play and collectibility, alongside products such as Cutie Collectibles and blind bags. On the occasion of Toys Milano, a dedicated showcase for the brand will also be presented, featuring iconic playsets and new references such as the Enchanted Forest Fairy Castle and the Fairy Mushroom House. On the creative front, Aquabeads is being refreshed with the Ice Cream Party Craft Studio set, introducing Neon beads and new 3D creation possibilities. The line is also expanding thanks to high-profile licenses such as Barbie, Disney, and One Piece. The collaboration with Nintendo and Universal also plays a key role, leading to the expansion of the Super Mario line with new games inspired by the cinematic world.
A strong partnership with Nintendo and Universal continues through the Super Mario brand, Dalla Villa emphasizes. There is also a strong focus on the kidult segment, with entry into new categories. The most significant growth comes precisely from the development of the kidult offering, explains Dalla Villa. We will launch collectible cards dedicated to hugely popular brands such as Demon Slayer, Kaiju No. 8, and Solo Leveling, as well as licensed puzzles and games linked to titles such as Stranger Things and Naruto.
This evolution is accompanied by a strong investment in communication.
We will strengthen the presence of Sylvanian Families both on TV and online with new content and impactful communication, adds the manager. Epoch is a company to invest in because our portfolio and expertise can help every retail outlet grow and innovate, concludes Dalla Villa, outlining a vision that looks to the future of toys as an increasingly hybrid space between play, collecting, and entertainment.
