An exhibition event dedicated to the interactive display of the best projects developed by students of the Master in Design for Kids & Families at POLI.design – now in its eighth edition – and of the Final Synthesis Studio of the Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Product Design at Politecnico Milano.
What’s Toys Design Factor?
It returns in person, for the second consecutive year, during Toys & Baby Milano 2026: the exhibition event will feature highly innovative product-service systems such as toys, games, furnishings, platforms, events, and services dedicated to children, with a focus on usability, accessibility, pedagogical quality, ethics, and sustainability, developed within an incubator such as Politecnico Milano, Italy’s largest scientific and technological university.
The product is only one part of what the projects have explored and what students will present during the exhibition event: relationships, services, technologies, communication, and new play and learning experiences. The goal? To support companies in the Kids & Families sector in better interpreting the needs of today’s children and families with playfulness, creativity, sustainability, and innovation, through observation, research, and design thinking activities promoted by the Master in Design for Kids & Families at POLI.design and the Final Synthesis Studio at Politecnico Milano.
