Montessori, design and sustainability: the Buzz Italia formula
A 2026 shaped by smart design and educational solutions: Buzz Italia expands its Montessori range and introduces brands that champion free play. “Every new product is born from real needs,” says Federica Borello, Sales Manager at Buzz Italia.
2026 opens under the banner of innovation for Buzz Italia, which at Toys & Baby Milano presents a clear and coherent vision of the world of childhood: beautiful, functional products designed to meet the real needs of today’s families. “This year the focus is strongly on new launches, with proposals capable of having an immediate impact both on the sales network and on end consumers,” says Federica Borello, Sales Manager at Buzz Italia. Great emphasis is placed on the expansion of the Montessori range, enriched with solutions dedicated to changing time, outdoor play, furniture and children’s sleep. Alongside balance toys, Montessori towers and evolving beds, new products arrive featuring fresh designs where aesthetics and functionality meet.
Every new product stems from listening to parents and from the desire to support multiple stages of growth, from changing to strolling, Borello explains. Among the highlights of the fair are also the new Connetix sets, featuring sparkling tiles, integrated lights, tracks and the practical PRO portable boxes for older children. Together with Clixo, which introduces new magnetic elements – including a dinosaur in three versions – they reaffirm the value of open-ended play as an educational tool. Not by chance, both brands offer packs specifically designed for schools, supporting STEM learning, language development and spatial thinking. There are also new launches from Done by Deer, which expands its play and feeding lines inspired by the farm world, and from Tickit, with new illuminated sensory toys. An absolute Italian debut for One Love, a brand of 100% eco-friendly plush toys with an innovative weighted system that “hugs” the child, promoting relaxation and emotional security. Rounding out the offering is the KAOS evolving chair, a Norwegian foldable high chair, pre-assembled and made from recycled materials. Ingenious, sustainable and incredibly simple solutions, Borello concludes.
