Ten years of constant growth
This year Suavinex Italia, part of the Béaba/Suavinex Group owned by Bluegem Capital Partners, a British private equity firm, celebrates its tenth anniversary and a constant double-digit growth. The group gathers three outstanding brands of the international nursery products business, Béaba (France), Childhome (Belgium) and (Spain), that perfectly complement each other in their catalogues’ line-up.
Since 2010 the nursery products brand Suavinex is Spain’s Number One in the dummies, baby bottles and teats categories. At Toys & Baby Milano we will exhibit the Wonderland collection which embraces various product families: in fact, the brand’s DNA includes the identification of a strong aesthetic element to be employed in different product lines. In this case there will be the addition of some baby care articles which are new proposals from Suavinex. The combination of beauty and practical aspects featured by the brand has been our trump card in Italy over ten years, says Silvia Neirotti, Country Manager at Suavinex Italia. For us Childhome first of all means excellence in the category of hospital and changing bags with endless updates according to fashion trends and ensuing appreciation from Italian consumers. In Milan we will mainly show a selection of the bag lines but the brand is also renowned for the offer of children’s rucksacks and bags and for its design as regards baby room furniture and articles like highchairs and changing tables. In France’s specialist shops Béaba leads in the segments it deals with. We focus on the technological items with electrical components such as baby monitors and Babycook but the assortment ranges from entry level products to premium solutions manufactured in France with high quality materials. Recently Béaba has embarked upon an extended commitment to renew its image and packaging.
