3A
steps up on quality and sustainability in babywear
Founded in 1983, 3A is now a leading company in Italy in the distribution of apparel, footwear, and accessories. Under the leadership of CEO and Founder Fabio Antonini, it has built over time a portfolio of top international brands—including Bape, Nike, Jordan, Converse, Hurley, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Clarks, and Lacoste Kids—with a strong specialization in the baby and kids segment. One of the company’s key strengths is its ability to treat each brand as its own, ensuring alignment with brand values and continuous support to retail partners. The operational headquarters is located in Verona, within an innovative hub that houses showrooms, offices, and a 13,000 sqm warehouse designed to handle even customized orders quickly. Thanks to a widespread sales network across the entire national territory, 3A is now a benchmark for the Italian market. For 2026, Haddad—licensee of the Huggies, Jordan, Nike, Converse, and Hurley brands, for which 3A is the exclusive distributor in Italy—is focusing on collections increasingly oriented toward quality and sustainability.
A key element is the strong investment in organic cotton, particularly relevant for the baby segment, explains Brand Director Francesca Marangoni. At the same time, there is a significant expansion of product categories, which are becoming increasingly central to the business.
Great attention is also being paid to graphics, now more aligned with the spring/summer season, featuring soft colors and a fresh, playful visual language perfectly suited to the 0–4 age group. On the occasion of Toys & Baby Milano, 3A will present the new Huggies Babywear collection and a selection of kids’ collections from Jordan, Nike, Converse, and Hurley.
The Huggies Babywear line, characterized by garments and accessories made from 100% certified organic cotton, is designed to ensure comfort and safety for the youngest, continues Marangoni. There will also be a strong focus on new coordinated box sets for the Jordan, Nike, and Converse brands, ideal as gift options.
In addition, the Hurley Kids collection will offer a more dynamic and colorful range, inspired by the surf world and a young, inclusive lifestyle. Looking ahead, the company aims to further strengthen its positioning.
For 2026, 3A’s objective is to consolidate and reinforce its role as a strategic partner for the distribution in Italy of brands developed by Haddad, concludes Marangoni. Participation in Toys & Baby Milano represents a key opportunity for us to develop new commercial partnerships and strengthen brand positioning in the Italian market.
